The Arbitration Ruling

ABSTRACT

The arbitration ruling is binding on the parties under the arbitration convention and the law, and it is treated as a final judgment. The arbitration ruling is a jurisdictional act through which the arbitral court, composed of arbitrators appointed by the parties in the arbitration agreement or under that convention, settles with a certain procedure. The arbitral ruling is enforceable and forcefully executed as a judgment.
