A high resolution modified covariance method is applied to model an ultrasonic holographic imaging (detection) of volume objects. The results demonstrate the enhanced performance capability of the combination of modified covariance and holographic techniques. The results are compared with the traditional, Fourier transform, method. The performance is investigated for different values of some parameters of the object under imaging process.
