Abstract: The paper presents the key elements of a scientific research project: goal, strategic targets, project implementation methodology, Gantt chart, results, statistics on the use of CO2 laser in technological processing and manufacture of metal products (tables, bars) from OT, Al , With. The research includes the design and development of a plan of activities, the calculation of the involvement by activities for the scientific coordinator and the doctoral student (normative), the calculation of the involvement of each human resource with total / man / month. The budget of the research project is completed with the budget title for human resource expenses, logistics, mobility expenses, overhead costs is filled in.
