The ever-changing external environment, developments, and NATO’s constantly reconfigured requirements, make it imperative to perform changes and reforms within the Greek Armed Forces. The necessary conditions for this process to come to fruition are the articulation of a specific plan, the formation of an appropriate leadership team, and continuous access to information about the techniques being followed and the desired objectives. Thus, to achieve these conditions, it is, therefore, advisable to adopt a model that mitigates the challenges of reorganization and maximizes its positive results. This model is called Change Management, which controls the reform environment and implements change efficiently.
