In today’s competitive business environment customer loyalty plays a significant role in repurchase of the products. The aim of the research paper is to identify the effect of demographic factors (Marital Status, Income Group and Occupation) on customer loyalty towards apparel in the city of Dehradun. The primary data has been used through structured questionnaire. Convenient sampling technique has been used to collect information from the respondents and 150 respondents have been taken for the study. Marital status, income group and occupation have been taken as independent variables and customer loyalty has been taken as dependent variable.
